Is it normal to be terrified of wiggiling fingers?

Okay so I get horrified when people wiggle their fingers. It just weirds me out!

It all started when I was 5 years old. I went to a park with my older brother and a bigger kid came up to me and was tickling me ( I guess he was just being friendly) after I was laughing he then proceded to wiggle his fingers up to my face, I got scared and started to cry, then my older brother kicked in and chased him off.

At school my friends tease me about this fear, and tend to wiggle their fingers in my face, especially my best friend, he does it when I least expect it. I'm 15 years old now and the first time I was scared was 10 years ago.

Is it normal to be terrified of wiggiling fingers ?
