I live in the country where there's alot of moths and I just burst out crying because I absolutely do not want them near me, in a room with me, or on me.

Moths do not bite so you may try getting close more when you are aware there is one close by and since you have room to run you can begin to accept them. They are really quite beautiful. Work on it at your own pace.
I hate moths. One went on my soft toys when I was 11, and I didn't want to sleep in my room. My brother had to get rid of it because my mum and dad where out. I still hate them.
does mothman give you particular anxiety? apparently he's like a bigfoot that legend says in West Virginia.
I dont cry, i quiver and yell death threats in my head but if it moves i step back lol, right now a huge one is in my room or in the hall way outside of it, i wont be up stair for a bit. Its 4:00 am man!!!
I am terrified if ants. If they touch me I scream and shake for the rest if the day. Sadly my house is sort of infested with them during the summer. Not after I used the spray though. Anyway I was scared because I had bad dreams about them. I like bees though. I don't mind being around one. Just think of the moth as a person who passed on and was reincarnated as a moth. Imagine that they can talk and are your guardian angel. If not then carry a pistol
I also have moth phobia. I run away whenever one is in the same room as me
