Is it normal to be so jealous of adults who look so young ?

Okay so is it normal to be jealous of adults and those my age (late twenties ) who look SO young?! , i always am told i look younger than my age , but i could pass on as a person in early twenties and also as a 17/18 year old , but there are those that are 28 and 29 who look 15!, like today i saw a mother of a 4 or 5 year old girl and the mother was 29 but looked like a thin,petite and youthful 15 year old.

    I have a relative with a baby face. He is 30 but he has to show I.D quite often. He looks 18 or younger unless he grows his beard out. Of course its normal to be jealous of that. Me being young however, I would like to look older.
