Is it normal to be so incredibly in love with a celebrity?

So for over a year now, I have had the HUGEST crush on a TV star. (I won't give out his name because 1: it's irrelevant, and 2: I don't want him seeing this)
But I've been in love with the show since it first aired. I'm not saying this to sound cliche, but I honestly believe I'm their biggest fan.
The star that I love from the show is one of the sweetest celebrities I know! He talks to fans online and is always super nice! I've talked to him plenty of times on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. But not only have I spoken to him online, but I've talked to him many times on the phone and have met him in person!
He's known me from day one and tells me all the time that him and the other stars from the show loves me and he even considers me as a friend. He does all that he can to make me feel special. I mean, I even have his phone number! To my knowledge, I'm the only fan who does! Oh, and not only did we take photos on my phone when I met him, but he tooks some on his as well! So there are pictures of me and him together in his phone! Which also I think I'm the only fan to have this happen to.
I have quite a strong feeling he may possibly like me. And in a few months, I plan on asking him out. I'm nervous as hell, but I truly love this guy. I mean, he's on my mind all day, everyday. Even in my dreams! And when I picture my future, he's in it.
So, do you think it's normal for me to feel these strong feelings for a TV star? Or am I just crazy?
Also, do you think from what I explained, there could be a possible chance things could happen for him and me? Or am I just delusional?
