Is it normal to be so exhausted?

I go to school about 7 hours a day Monday-Friday with no lunch break and I work 30-40 hours a week while trying to maintain an at least decent social life and I am just SO tired, ALL the time. I don't know how other people do it!

You need to eat properly to keep up your strength - green veg and red meat for iron, not sugary snacks that will be a quick fix but will cause you to slump too.

No lunch break?? I don't know, that might be part of the reason for your exhaustion. I know I wouldn't be able to go 7 hours each day without lunch. Sometimes if I go without eating for even 3 hours, I feel really tired and weak. But other than that, I see how your schedule could make you exhausted as well. I'd rearrange some things around in your schedule. If its possible, cut a class that you know you absolutely don't need, or speak with your boss about your hours. It seems like you're running yourself down.

    • Yea I usually eat a big breakfast and a little something in class, like fruit.

My daughter is going through the same thing. She graduates college next month. She has senioritis! Has a full time job too. She works nights. Fridays are her only day off from school and work and she sleeps or just veg's in front of the tv.
