Is it normal to be so currious at a weird neighbor?

I have a neighbor and he's acting weird....he always stays in their house and doesn't mingle to people....he's always alone and i think he doesn't have any friends....im so currious of what he's doing 24/7.......i was thinking of putting a spy camera in his house.....is it normal to think of spying at someone?

    It's normal to be curious, but it's certainly not normal to spy on someone with hidden cameras in their home no less. I think you ought to distract yourself from this obsession and try to get over it, because unless he's in some real danger it's none of your business.
