Is it normal to be sleeping and 'fall?'

Same! Like I'll be half asleep then my leg twitches or something because I feel like I trip or fall weird thing, eh?

Completely normal, happens to me quite often, it can get really aggrivating when I'm really tired though.

Yeah that happens to me too and I have a huge spazzing attack. I looked it up and it's a sign of insecurity... Hm.

What ^that person researched but to break it down in simpler terms.. This happens when your body is very tense and your muscles are no where near relaxing yet. When you fall asleep, the paralysis loosens you up, but as a reflex, you jolt because that looseness makes you feel like you're falling. Its very common.

you're supposed to be in a state of paralysis when you sleep but yes this is normal. I have had dreams about fighting and i'll like punch and stuff

This happens to me in school... I'll have my head up & my eyes closed and then the moment I start to fall asleep, I literally feel like I'm falling and it's so scary that it wakes me up lmao. It's really weird. I don't get that laying down, though.

It happens to all i heard that some belive its from before when we used to sleep in trees when we where about to fall down we would wake up and grab a branch. Not that i really belive that still we will never truly know. ( Maybe theres no good reason at all )

This happens to me and it sucks.

This used to happen to me all the time. It's a strange thing I never wake up during the fall. I fall asleep in my bed and wake up on the floor :S
