Is it normal to be shorter than your older sisters and mom?

I have just seen some pics of the Kardashians and was amazed to note that Kourtney is the oldest but shortest by some distance. Middle sister Kim is noticeably taller and younger sister Khloe looks like a giant compared to her sisters.

This has depressed me because I am the youngest of four sisters and even at 20 years old I am the shortest. My oldest sister is eight years older and five inches taller, second sister is six years older and eight inches taller, third sister is three years older and six inches taller. Even my mom is four inches taller. Am I just abnormally short or is this quite common?

    They say the oldest sibling usually comes out the shortest...don't know why though

    My mum and my older sister are 5'6 and I am 5'3.

    My brother is shorter than me and I'm his older sister. I'm 5'5"

    I'm the youngest and everyone in my family is taller than me...except the kids. But they will likely surpass me by the time they turn 12.
