Ever since I met my my best friend I've been attracted to his sister. We are now good friends and I am sexually attracted to her. Is that right considering that she is a good friend and that she is my best friends sister?

Chances are you and your friend will grow apart, eventually. I have dear friends whom I consider to be like family, whom I have not seen for years. They are still my friends, but are not in my life currently, and I don't love them any less than I did when I saw them regularly. But they are not in my life any more. This is life.
So are you going to let a "Bro Code" stand in the way of your happiness? Yes, it is a tricky situation, so go for it... but only if you are sincere. And I don't mean "sincerely sexually attracted". If it's just a fling, and you'll be messing around with other girls before long, then nip it in the bud; it will ruin your friendship. Especially if she is still young and inexperienced, because your friend would be protective of his little sis. You messing her up would be betrayal of the worst proportions. Very different scenario if she is a mature woman, though.
First of all, ask her brother if it's ok. Second, ask her out. Then ask them both if it's ok to have sex with his sister. If they BOTH say ok, then light her up!!!!!!
