im attracted to a gay friend ... what to do ( im female hes male ) should i just back off until it passes ??? some days hes flirty so that kinda sends mixed signals how to be sure if hes really gay ???

last night i went over and we watched a movie .. we chatted the whole time and were always flirty touching at the end of the night he said his back was sore so i gave him a massage ... thats it but i feel a tension but i dont want to make a move considering hes gay ... im thinking to lay low and back off for a bit so i can see if its just a passing attraction ... i dont know ... and other times we text for long times but he never initiates it but always writes back right away ... im so freakin confused ..

Just ignore it. Lots of people have crushes on people they can not have. That or maybe say "Let practice kissing" for when you get a boyfriend. Women do this sometime and he likes dude so not sure if this trick would work.
