When i was like 11 years old i'd be afraid to tell my parents that i was dating someone... now i still have the same problem. IIN? If i can turn back the clock should i have told them or not? plz comment.
Dont worry about it for one you are far to young to be in a serious relationship so they dont really need to know...

My parents have never met any of my boyfriends. Im in a situation like dappled. My mother especially is a bad person that lives to ruin shit for her own entertainment. my dad is a great guy though, but is of course influenced by her. So, they will probably never meet any of my boyfriends.
In fact I'm pretty sure I've hidden my relations so well that they are oblivious that ive even had any. They believe I'm a virgin and have had no real boyfriend. Haha.
How old are you now?
If you're still living at home that is to be expected.
However if you're over 21 then ... not so much.
It's up to you who knows, they'll likely want to know, but Dappled's isn't a unique case: often relationships are better off with little outside influence. I wish my boyfriend didn't see my parents so often, now we come, even if we don't want to, just to avoid the 'we haven't seen you in a while,' 'it's been ages,' 'are you coming by?'
This is going to sound really weird, but my parents have never met any girlfriend of mine. I know what they'd be like, and what they actually are like with my brother's wife. I don't want the person I love to be judged like that and I don't want my relationship tarnished in the same way they've tarnished their relationship with me. I'm protective over my relationships and my parents are not good people. The more I can keep their influence at a minimum, the better.
