I know..it's dumb...but I had my period about when i was around..12-13 years old..sort of in the middle. I screamed when I saw all that blood and mum told me to calm down... I am used to seeing blood once or twice a month but I get sooooooooooooooo freakin scared!!!! I always have this feeling that all that blood is part of my body and all of it is like rushing out of my vagina...I feel I lost half of my blood in my body..It's silly and I will be getting rude comments...nice ppl out there..how can I solve this prob?

    I can imagine the stress of getting your period if nobody (i.e. mom or dad) didn't sit down with you years in advance and explain the concept of menstruation to you...

    total amount of blood lost is a few tablespoons...unless you have menorrhagia due to endometriosis or fibroids....

    exercise more and eat healthier and you'll notice less bleeding, shorter cycles...

    LMAO! I really love when someone comments on their own post like that. It really makes my day. Anyways, use a tampon so you don't see the blood coming out. Also, do a little research on how much blood your body has and you'll see how irrational you're being by thinking you're losing half your blood or whatever. One more thing...grow up.
