Not normal! If you haven't already, you're going to end up developing an eating disorder with your fears/habits. Trust me, you don't want an eating disorder. It will eat you alive and control your life. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

****You are annorexic. I would seriously recommand you seeing a doctor. You are starving your mind and the fact that you dislike being full means you have an eating disorder

I really think you should see a counselor. This isn't healthy or normal.

I do see one from time to time. She recommends me seeing a psychiatrist and a dietician for help. And I do know it's not healthy but I don't see the damage and having 2 bottles of coke zero does fill me up quite quickly. So I don't see anything wrong with what ive been doing

What are you really scared of? Because it's not food.

I don't know. Just knowing how much calories are in certain types of food and also the ingredient just puts me off. I hate oily food and sugary food and meats nuts. A lot. I do like fruits abs veg though

But calories aren't the enemy. You need them to stay healthy. I don't like sugary or oily food either but I ignore my caloric intake and eat whole food that makes me feel good. Your body will tell you enough's enough. You need to listen to it. Starving yourself only makes it harder for your body to lose excess weight. But ask yourself what is more important, appearing to have no fat or feeling good. We need fat for our cells to function properly or we open ourself up to illness. Food is medicine. I get most of my fat by eating nuts, full fat yogurt, real butter, avocados, olive oil, and a little pork or poultry. My doctor even told me to eat more.

Be kind to your body. Consuming fake sugars makes it difficult for you body to process food. You will not absorb the nutrients efficiently and your balance will be off. You will get use to it because the human body is amazing but it will effect your mood. I strongly recommend talking to an expert in healthy eating.

I do understand where you're comin from but it's so hard to eat!! I have an unhealthy obsession with being thin! Ugh. I do know my body is trying it's hardest for me and yet I don't reward it for working so hard /:

At least you know it's an unhealthy obsession. Why is being thin more important than being healthy? What do you gain by being thin? The obsession with it has created an unattainable goal for you. I'll say it again, food is medicine.

Coke zero as a meal? Your bones must be brittle as hell.
