Is it normal to be really annoyed when people say "me" instead of "i"

As in, "Me and my friends were playing a video game." I think people sound really ignorant when they talk like that, and it bothers me a lot. Was me playing a video game with my friends? No, I was. Don't you learn that sort of thing in fourth grade?

I get slightly annoyed by it but I don't get mad at the person. It's a common mistake.

    I can relate.
I think it's pretty weird and unusual..but knowing that at least someone else other than myself out there thinks the same..leads me to believe were not alone ;p To be honest I never really questioned what you did myself..but I have it too. Its just somehow when I was in 4th grade (yea lol 4th grade) it was made very clear how the "My friend and 'I'" was the correct way to say it, and that saying "my x and ME" would never do. i think it's one of those little things that everyone has but don't take the time to realize it. I think its normal (Not just coz i have it) just never mention it to people, because they will get PISSD!

I don't think it's ignorant to use "me" instead of "I", not sure what's word that soundly describe them, but it also do annoy me slightly when people comment on their pic sure as "Meg and I".
