Is it normal to be really afraid of space?

Every time I see something about space I kinda freak out. Just the idea of the vastness of space scares me. I understand that many people have at least some form of fear of it, but even just in movies and pictures I can't look for long or I start getting light-headed and have to leave the room. At the same time I find it sort of interesting, so I don't really know what to say. Is is normal?

    I'm afraid of space, although I can't really pinpoint why. Don't worry, it's just a fear.

    Im the same way. Its apeirophobia, the fear of neverending, eternity. I get headaches just thinking about the universe... its eternal...

    Umm... to think about it make me feel dizzy, like stare at something huge invisible being is going to get you. That remind me of dark that I used to afraid of, but I get over it. I just keep myself walk around dark, and I use my cellphone to get through where I'm not familiar with. My sister made me proud of myself by walk so close to me when we went out in the dark.

    Try to take a walk in park once in a while along with a friend if that help.
