Is it normal to be pissed off at someone you don't even know?

My dad commit suicide before I had the chance to get to know him & it has left me angry and bitter.

I have very bitter feeling towards my biological father. He is still alive, but may as well be dead. I never knew what he even looked like til I recently saw a few pictutes of him. The older I get though, the more I realise that he had some major issues and really wasn't too bad of a person, except for all the torment he put my mom thr, and the effects it had on my older bro which later led to me being tormented. But if she can forgive him, I can try.

its normal. anger is also a manifestation of grief. you felt denied of his very existence and because of the way he died you blame him. if he died in a accident or from sickness would you still fell the same way? more importantly does your anger answer any of your question about him? if your curious track down people who knew him and ask questions.
