Is it normal to be pissed at my mother for rearranging my room?

So my aunt and uncle are going through a divorce right now and are currently buying separate houses which means my grandparents (who previously lived with them) are moving in for a couple months. This means my brother has to share a room with me. Due to the current situation i asked my mom if i could arrange the furniture in me and my brothers room the way we liked it. But she has to have everything her way. She even moved some of my furniture (like the small sofa) out of my room. I cant even have friends over anymore because there is nowhere for them to sit. Is it normal to be extremely pissed off right now? (Me and my brother are adult twins in college)

It is normal to feel that way, but keep in mind that it is your parents house, not yours. If you don't like the situation, you can always move out. Or pay rent. Then you can have a say into what happens in the space that you are paying for. Perhaps you could move into one of your friends' house. That way you will all have a place to sit.

Don't mean to be harsh but tough shit get over it that's life. Concentrate on more productive activity, ride a bike a few miles to let out the pent up anger.
