Every time I go for a shower I'm to scared to close my eyes incase something jumps out @ me. I get really uneasy and I feel like people are watching me even though nobody is in the bathroom with me. When I get out I run straight out with a towel around me cause I just don't feel right while in there. It's sometimes the same when I go to the toilet.
have you tried reverse psychcology?when you are washing your hair say "i know your there and you will kill me, go ahead, i dare you" garanteed to keep you safe
Do you watch alot of scary movies? Well alot of scary movies have scenes where the girl is in the shower, and the murder attacks her. It could also be because you feel vulnerable, unsafe, and unprojected without clothes on

But maybe showers remind me of Psycho too much
I used to be paranoid too, but I was a kid who watched Psycho...and to this day I prefer to lock the door when I do any of my business in the bathroom. But it works out because I can say its for privacy too
