I'm very self concious about everything I say or do. I'm paranoid all the time. I feel like people don't like me.

    I do that all the time!! My best friend says
    it's because I have no self confidence but I doubt that's it. I think I'm just cautious and I overthink things... Don't worry it'll pass with time

    Same here. Most the time I just dont speak... which make me seem like a bit of an idiot. *sigh*
    Ever think you look weird when walking and then change the way you walk and then you're walking funny but you realise it and change walk again and that looks even worse?

      All the time. Damn!

      Sometimes, I even get paranoid about how my face looks when I'm talking or something. I get too aware of it, probably making myself look awkward when before, I was fine.

        lol I do that too!

        I end up looking away and widening my eyes. Offen makeing me look like I have a screw loose.
