Is it normal to be painlessly constipated?

Well... I've dealt with unrelenting constipation ever since I can remember. I used to get stomach aches, but now it'll be two weeks without a movement before I get any pain. Usually I go once, maybe twice, a week so that doesn't happen much.

From experience, I can be constipated for a awhile until it starts becoming painful. The pain usually is in my right side where my appendix should be. When it starts hurting, I know that I need to hurry up and get the waste out of me, least the pain intensify and I possibly die. Yes, constipation can kill a person.

I guess so, but it isn't healthy for you to not go that long. Admittedly, I often have trouble myself. Drink coffee or eat sweet potatoes with olive oil. See that helps.

Well the large intestine is a storage organ turns out so yeah I'd say it's normal. The Nazi's did physiological experiments on the Jews and found that not only is the large intestine a storage organ but you can also live a year without pooping.
