Is it normal to be obsessed with sleeping

Everyday I wake up really tired . And the one thing I look forward the entire day is to come back home to go to sleep . All the extra time I have i use it to take a nap . Is this normal?

All the signs that Angel just named are signs of a condition called sleep apnea. If you have any pf those symptoms go to your doctor and them him/her. Its not a big deal and once you go to the doctor you will be sleeping better that ever.

    * i am a doctor and my mother has sleep apnea also

Yep, I love to sleep a lot. And so far, my doc says I'm still a picture of health.

You may want to see if you can video yourself sleeping.

when you review the video check for the following:

    - waking frequently
    - excessing snoring
    - stopping breathing
    - excessive movement

or anything else that seems odd.

Are you sedentary? Do you get any exercise? Do you eat well enough? Are you depressed?

Nevermind. Too many possibilities. See your doctor.
