    You may have loved him, but if he "treated you like a hooker", then he clearly did not love you.

    Don't use another relationship as a bandage for the end of another relationship. You will not be happy married/in a relationship until you are happily single.

    If your only in the relationship for the sex, it's not a relationship based on love. It's a hostage situation at best.
