Is it normal to be noticeably asymmetrical?

So my left boob is a C and hangs a little, where my right boob is barely a B, slightly pointy and doesn't hang at all. I know asymmetric breasts are normal, but my case is really noticeable when I'm in my underwear or in a bikini.
Also, I'm more curvy on my left, whereas my right side is straight. This is really visible when I'm wearing a tight fitting top- as is the breast issue.

    Yeah. The say that the bigger breast (or testicle for men) is a tell to which side of the brain is more dominant. Right breast/testicle (lol breasticle) means left brain more active, Left Breat/testicle means right brain more active.
    I vote normal.

    Would thicker bras or a little padding help?

    My neighbor was like that. I would probably have never noticed until she told me. She ended up getting one reduced.
