Is it normal to be more confident when you lose weight?
I have been losing weight for about a month. I wasn't overweight on the BMI scale before but I was a few pounds away. I'm super self conscious and I have always felt really fat and uncomfortable in my body and I always read that losing weight won't make you love your body any more but I totally disagree. I've only lost 10 pounds but I already feel better in crop tops and shorts. I used to freak out when people would pick me up because then they would have concrete evidence of how heavy I am but I saw a friend for the first time in months and he picked me up to give me a hug and it didn't even bother me! Has anyone else experienced this?
