Is it normal to be married with a guy and not be gay?

I have been married to my male partner for 12 years now even though i'm not gay.

I'm a guy by the way.

Is this normal?

I'm not sure I believe this. I mean, I've heard of gay people marrying people of the opposite gender to hide being gay, but never the other way around...

Where do you live that gay marriage has been legally recognised that long. Quick google search gave me 1st country to allow it was only 11 years ago.

I don't think this is true, but some people do marry and they're simply just friends, and I don't find anything wrong with it. You don't have to be in love to be married, you know. Some people marry because of financial reasons. I don't necissarily believe in the traditional marry because you are in "love" myself. I believe you can marry whomever for what ever you feel the need.
