Okay so Ive loved the cartoon charactor Zuko MADLY since I was 8. He is my whole heart.IS IT NORMAL?!
dude I used to have a crush on stan from south park my senior year of high schoool. I thought about him before I went to bed too, no joke.

I think its a normal kid thing to be in love with a cartoon character that you adore, but if your older its a bit odd, this is REALLY embarrassing but when I was about 5 I was in love with numbah 1 from the kids next door lol but I'm not anymore of course

oh and you know the anime Mnemosyne? (warning: it's very gory, violent and mentally scarring, but the story's cool!) the evil guy, Appos, who tortures everyone (yeah yeah i know, but he's such a cutie)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!like seriously, all the bad guys in anime are so hawt!!!!!!!!
oh and definitely Sasha from Seikon no Qwaser (yeah yeah it's really pervy but he's sooooooooo cute! well once you get past, you know, him fondling other people's chests)

But my #1 how i had a crush on, and the voice actors (japanese and english dubbings) was Maggie Mui from R.O.D. the T.V.
Cause she was the first charactor that in my adult life, (i was 18 when i first watched it) that i wanted to be real, and if i ever met a girl like i totally want to date. I also had a crush on the voice actor Sara Lahti, who that was her first role, but sadly she hasnt many roles beside that role. =/
For me, I have frequently "fallen in love" with cartoon/anime characters since I was 10. But I've never kept one crush for more than a year, and they often rotate around each other in turns with my mood.
I can't say this is normal, but I do not think it will ultimately harm you in the end unless you begin to forget reality. In the case that you do, please seek professional help!
I've adored anime characters before. It's normal. But when you actually do get a mate, dump your fantasy romance. It's not healthy to worship a cartoon character while being screwed by a real man.
And I hate Zuko. That mysterious dark soul in pain shit made me want to slap him and tell him to just get the fuck over himself. Every. Time. But hey, to each their own.
