Is it normal to be killed like this in a dream?

I had a dream a guy was killing me little by little.All this was at my backyard and inside my house. I have never seen this man before anyways he stabbed me in couple of places, slammed my face against walls, threw me thru a window, sliced my chest open and took out my heart told me he needed a heart to live cuz doctors told him he only had 5 days to live he put his heart into my body by then i was trying to act dead so he would stop then he said you want your mom to see u?! So he threw me high up in the air and it felt so real flying thru the air feeling all the pain then i landed by her window and the landing hurt so much then i got up and ran but every where i went he was there i finally gave up and thats when i woke up ( also there was two other girls involved but they didnt get hurt like me well not as much but they did get away)
