Is it normal to be jealous of people interactions

I noticed something about myself. I tend to covet other people's relationships/interactions. Mainly with people who are outgoing or whom i'm friends with. I don't exactly know why I feel this way(it's not like I hate the person or myself) but let me give a quick example to clarify.

There's a girl I work with and whom I'm friendly with. She is very pretty and charsmatic. However, I notice when she's getting along with people, especially guys, i get this nagging feeling. I don't know if it's jealousy but it isn't the first time. These feelings occur whenever an outgoing person or a friend of mine appears to be getting along with everyone.
Can anybody relate or am I crazy? Any idea on how to not feel that way?

I'm EXACTLY like that. In social situations I always wonder what a witty outgoing guy would have said/done and wonder why my brain lacks those circuits. I can never come up with original stuff and need to imitate but that severely limits the possibilities because the exact same conditions don't always happen and there are contingencies.
