Hell yeah. They have it great- They do whatever they want and they don't worry about what other people think and say because they can't feel any empathy. They are oblivious to other people's pain and suffering, especially when that pain is inflicted by them.

From an outer perspective though they'll never feel true happiness, but they don't know that and don't care.

I've said things before bluntly(depending on how my mood is. Its usually when I'm angry about something.) and trust me, I'm not the most confident person you'd come across. I actually struggle a lot with my low self esteem. But for some reason people don't see that. I guess I hide it well.

You can make people drawn to you in a much nicer way then saying something inappropriate about their ass being so large. And you don't give up your heart and soul by being a smart ass. People either like you, and take you as you are or they don't.

So you are either Narcissistic or psychotic if you have good confidence?
