Is it normal to be jealous of hip and cool adults ?

Is it normal that i'm jelouse of hip ,cool , loud ,crazy in a cool wahy ,thin adults my age (late twenties ) or older , like i sort of look up to them but on the otherhand want to be like them and is jelouse of them ?
