Is it normal to be jealous of boyfriend's hot sister?

I know looks aren't everything but whenever I'm out with her, she gets flirted with constantly, gets guys asking her out, gets all the attention while I'm left aside. I try to change my hair, my makeup but it seems I'll never be as pretty as her because she's tall, slim and gorgeous and I'm average height, average weight and average.

is it normal to feel this way? I'm SO jealous I don't know what to do. It's like wherever we go, I'm ignored by all people. I don't need men flirting with me but when we're at a restaurant or just at the beach, she'll get all this attention while it's SO awkward for me.

I could see how it would be normal to admire or envy her apparent power over men . I don't have a clue as to why any of this matters to you when you are already dating your boyfriend? I also find it ironic that you are mentioning her being asked out yet , you are in a relationship.. he asked you out. I might be missing something here but it seems normal enough as well as confusing .

The fact that she's your boyfriend's sister it's irrelevant to me, why her and not one of the 3.5 billion women on the planet? The fact that you hang out with her is merely circunstancial and relative.

You shouldn't be jealous of anyone or comparing yourself in the first place. You are unique, learn to embrace your own greatness without the need for foreign approval while at the same time embracing others, otherwise you'll be dependent and vulnerable.

Let me get this straight. Your jealous because you want to be hit on and asked out by people that aren't your boyfriend?

People like you are the reason I don't date :/

    • No I don't. I love my boyfriend to pieces but it's uncomfortable every time I'm with her. It feels like I'm the ugly person next to her in every situation! It hurts.
