Is it normal that i am jealous and envious of people who are extroverts ?, you know the ones that crack jokes , have 5 true best friends and 1000+ friends and aqaintances(and they know them all and know all of thier names ) , aren't shy , have high confidence and self-esteem , are approachable ,love life and people , don't keep to themselves unless they keep secrets ,talk alot ,open up to the first people they meet even if they don't know them , love to go out everyday , love to hang out in the crowds and love to party ,always look good and cool , aren't quiet or closed up .

    You're not jealous at them for what they have, you're jealous at them for what you have not. Try reading up on emotional intelligence and social anxiety. this might help you communicate better :)

    I wish i could have the best of both worlds. Some times in social situations I have this tendency to be quiet and get lost in my own thoughts. I wish I could be more outgoing sometimes but my thoughtfulness is one of the things I like about myself.

    If I could have a switch between introvert and extrovert that would be ace.

    I am an introvert who has many of the things listed above. Introverts are not antisocial, are not unhappy, are not withdrawn. Just more focused on their perception of things and whats going on in their thoughts, and less likely to engae in *trivial* conversations or engage in silly social behaviors just for the sake of being like everyone else

    But if you actually sit down and talk to some introverts, they can be some of the most well adjusted, intelligent and interesting people. Because while everyone else is flapping their gums and talking only on the surface, theyre sitting back and unraveling the tiniest details of their surroundings.

    Yeah. I wish I was more outgoing and socially fearless. I psyche myself out a lot and end up shooting myself in the foot lol

    Normal may be for others but not for me, why to be jealous of others, you are unique be happy and love the way you are or else change yourself
