I'm 21, and I'm very self conscious about my bust, they have always been small, I'm very tall, I'm not fat but I'm built fairly big, and they have barely grown. I am a B cup but I think I should be a C, I know they won't grow anymore now but that's what worries me because I hate them.
With as insecure of a person I am, I have never minded my boob size (b/c). I think b/c is the perfect size because they are not too much to handle, they look good on my frame, can still hold up a strapless dress, and arn't excessively large/heavy/saggy. But as a rule I think it is very normal to be insecure about one's breast size.
Ohhh God. Nobody cares about breast size. I started to grow breasts when I was nine years old, and I started out a B-cup immediately. When I was 15 I started going clubbing with my friend, my breasts were around 36DD back then I think. My friend was 6 ft tall, had long black hair with sidebangs, small breasts and a pretty face. I was a short, curvy blonde sporting the Playboy bunny-look. All the male attention went to my taller, skinnier friend. My ex-fiancee left me today for his tall ex, who has a triple A-cup. Basically, tall wins over big boobs. No-one cares if you have big boobs.
Some times in life you just have to accept things and move on, I used to hate having a small dick but one day I just said...it is what it is and there's nothing I can do about it. Sorry OP.
I'm not sure where you're from but I remember hearing that the average size in the uk is an upper b to middle c.
And even if you do feel they're smaller than a c who cares, Many, many guys myself included have a preference to smaller sizes. Plus anyone who refuses to be in a relationship or have sex with someone based on their cup size is a fucking idiot who's not worth the time.
At the end of the day it's your body and I don't have the right to tell you how you should feel about your body but it pisses me off how society has made people insecure over something I and a lot of others find desireable
You genuinely shouldn't feel it is, I find it hard to believe someone thinking c's are small, I've only ever heard one person call c's small in my life and he was infatuated by a woman who could crush a watermelon with her left boob
C's are average to above average, usually a bit above
Girl, it's totally normal! Our stories are very similar - I'll be 21 in Oct., 5'5", about 140, B cups; Although I am pretty attractive, I HATE them and want to get implants (like a big C/ lil D). My boyfriend on the other hand, thinks they're perfect. He says that as long as he can get a good handful, that's all that matters to him. BUT at the same time, he fully supports my wanting bigger boobs... My advice to you, if you want em bigger, get em bigger. Until I can afford to get mine done tho - push ups and chicken cutlets are a cheaper alternative ! (:
Lots of guys don't care about the size of a girl's boobs. Personally I think small but well defined boobs are more attractive than big and sloppy ones.

Your breast size sounds normal to me. I'm a guy who is perfectly ok with normal breasts. And you have normal breasts. I don't like large breasts. A women with a pair as big as my head is not pretty!
Accepting who you are is what can make you more confident. I have size B's and I don't care too much on what others think of my body. I care for myself to just be fit and healthy. I was born they way I look and am who I am.
Besides if you met a guy who made fun of your boob size; why would you want to be around someone who nit-picked you anyways. They would need help.
As stated above, believe it or not, guys generally perfer smaller breasts, as do I. I know I am one of a few, but physical appearance means nothing to me. I look for what's on the inside. When we marry someone, we are not supposed to marry their body, their looks. Marriage is, rather literally, a spiritual union. One of heart and soul. In fifty years physical features change, even the most beautiful and supple flesh wrinkles and sags. That love lives forever, though. Don't worry what any shallow asshat thinks of your breasts and don't hate yourself for them, hate your mum, it's technically her fault :p and the only thing you can do about your own opinion of your chest is to learn to accept and be comfortable with it. I know it sounds ridiculous, but a mantra may help. If you'd like to not dislike yourself or your chest, just repeat some sort of positive affirmation to yourself everytime you think negatively of them. Liiiike... "I love my breasts, they're the perfect size and look just fine." ...again, sounds ridiculous but I promise, speaking from experience, it works.

cup size doesnt matter, what matters is how they look. are they nice and round, perky, pointy. < thats all great. saggy B cup not so great. nipple size matters too but thats jus preference. i like smaller nips and lighter in color. preferably pink <3 you should find a pic on google that looks very similar to your bust and see what kind of response you get.
