Ok i have a friend thats in love with his first cousin. He talks to me about her all the time and is wondering how can he get her to be in a relationship with him. Please no negative or mean comments or stuff like "thats nasty" or anything like that please and thank you.
That's legal. What's the big deal?

If he's in any of the following states tell him to go for it
Alabama, Alaska,California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina*, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia
* NC - first cousin marriage is OK but double cousin marriage is illegal (i.e. two siblings of one family reproduce with two siblings of another family. - the offspring will be "double cousins")
Also the following states allow first cousin marriage under special circumstances:
Arizona- if both are 65 or older, or one is unable to reproduce.
Illinois- if both are 50 or older, or one is unable to reproduce.
Indiana- if both are at least 65.
Maine- if couple obtains a physician's certificate of genetic counseling.
Utah- if both are 65 or older, or if both are 55 or older and one is unable to reproduce.
Wisconsin- if the woman is 55 or older, or one is unable to reproduce.
So if your bud is in a state where it's illegal just... move to one of the states on the first list and get married there. then you're good to go.

Having a physical attraction toward cousins is NORMAL. Not many people admit it, but it is common. Hopefully, he is just lusting, but it could be an emotional connection. Either way... lust or love, he should talk to her. Once they talk, then it will either be a mutual attraction or a mutual agreement to go no further. I encourage you to talk to him to go for what he feels is right.
It's not normal they are family! I have a cousin who I hadn't seen for 15 years then bumped into him and we became mates going out drinking dancing with my bf and his gf. Then told me he loved me and didn't see me as family because of how long we had been apart for, needless to say I now ignore his calls and we've never been out since! X
Normal and desirable if you have strong/healthy genetic traits. get rid of any kids that aren't genetically healthy. Tell him to look up chapter 17 of the book "Which Way Western Man" entitled "The Doctrine of the Thoroughbred." This will explain why cousin marriage is desirable 9 times out of 10.
I dont see how that's morally wrong, as long as you're both ok with it. Maybe try to just be really good friends first. I mean, tell your friend to try that(;
And I also read the Netherlands laws and all forms of incest is legal even if it's ur dad, mom, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew, or even grandparents it's all legal there. :D
