actually ill answer this one. yes its totally normal and it's good that you're best freinds cause that means that even if you can't be together, you're still close. hang out as much as possible, and don't act too intrested, just act freindly and interesting, but when you hang out do super cute stuff like picnics to a beautiful sunset on a grassy hillside ;) dont ask her out until you're sure shes single and likes you
