I'm in love with a fictional character and have been so for about 6 years now. I allways fantasise about him but not all the time. He is a csi character btw. Is this normal?
This is so normal, it makes all of the other posts that are normal look abnormal.

I guess it's normal to love a character, but not for 6 years!, i like Kiba from Naruto but i don't love him, probably why... Maybe in the future we'll be able to go into the Tv's and computers... ~That'll be cool...

I found a pic out of 2 that I knew of, of a particular character that someone made. It was a high enough resolution so I put it as my laptops background since I don't use it in public (seeing as I would get a lot of what the hells from a majority of the guy population). I found that I would just stare at it every once in a while for a few moments. When I go to bed and I can't go to sleep I make fantasies of her (yes, I'm a guy) in my head to help distract my mind. One night I thought about why I liked the picture so much and I realized it represented what I want in a girlfriend as well as some other things in my life. I gained a lot of respect for that picture after that.
I think it is. for a while nw, i've been totally in love with Criss Angel, Daniel Tosh from Tosh.O, and Munro Chambers from Degrassi. I even used to be in love with a character from Naruto, though i've grown out of that, but i still haven't grown out of the three up top.
At least the fictional character you're in love with is human.

But getting all obsessive isn't good. Remember that while that particular person isn't real you should still date other people. Go ahead and fantasize about him just don't get carried away.
Well i guess u get attracted by this character's personality and stuff because the thought of a person like that is exciting,and u know that if / was real u would fall for /... It happened to me...but not for 6 years! You just have to realize that u might never meet some1 exactly like this character!
Well...at least it's not abnormal!
