Is it normal to be in love and develop feelings for someone else?

I have been in love with the same boy for about 5 years now. After about the 2nd year he moved to Texas for school and to play football. For the remaining 3 years we agreed that a long distance relationship would be possible. We've been on and off with the long distance thing recently because I think I've developed feelings for someone else. Is it normal to be in love and like someone else, at the same time?

  • Yeah this is perfectly normal. That happened with me and my boyfriend of 6 years. He moved away and went into the military. I rally loved him, but I met someone else and started to have feelings for him. It felt unfair for me to see the guy, but eventually my feelings for him deepened. The problem is there is no physical contact. I mean some people can do it, and others can't. Some people can keep loving someone, even if they are far away, and wait for them, others need that constant physical presence.

  • Long distance relationships never work.

    Everyone needs physical enjoyment.

To the ex-military girl don't cheat on anyone.

"It felt unfair for me to see the guy, but eventually my feelings for him deepened."

Look at this girl, totally selfish.

All she is thinking about is herself.

Ohhh she felt bad for cheating on her boyfriend that's in the military but it's ok because as she cared more for the new guy she was cheating with she felt better about it.

Read up boys, this is how it is.

At what point did you tell your boyfriend of 6 years that's now in the military you've been cheating on him and met someone else and he's done?

Was that before he got shot and crippled or just after?

Maybe he joined the military to help give you a better life.
    Did he?
