Is it normal to be in a relationship but still be jealous?

So my sister has a new boyfriend an he is the sweetest guy ever. He is so cute and treats my sister so well:) I am really happy for her, but is it normal to be SO jealous at the same time? I'm in a relationship as well and I've been with my bf for almost two years. We have our ups and downs, lately we haven't been so good :/ I love my bf so much, but I can't help having a huge crush on my sisters bf! Ughh.

You feel jealousy because she has someone who treats her better, therefor you find the male attractive because A: He knows how to treat a lady and B: women tend to want what we can't have.
But you CAN have a successful relationship with your current partner. Just work out the kinks and solve your problems so they don't reoccur, don't let anything stay on the back burner. It always boils and comes back to bite you in the ass.
PLUS, they're a new couple. Honeymoon phase. They'll start to hit the rocks after 4-7 months.

It may not be that you want your sister's BF... but that you wish your own relationship was going as nicely.

But keep in mind, no matter how good your sister's bf looks, their relationship will have problems too. it's normal to have them

Being a green-eyed monster is normal. However, acting on your jealousy would definitely be a bad thing, not that I'm assuming you would. I suggests that you and your boyfriend try to work through the problems that have developed in your relationship, maybe after a solution is reached you'll have no reason to feel jealous.
