Is it normal to be ignored by a friend.

For a little while now I've been becoming good friends with a woman I know. She's in fact my only friend and she says I'm one of her two best friends. We text each other all the time & there's often a hug and a "I love you" when we see each other.
But more and more often lately she seems to completely ignore me, or only grudgingly talks to me and I don't know why! I have to see her every day for work (which is how we met) and often while ignoring me she seems to be really overly friendly with one of the guys she works with. The next day she'll be back to normal again.
It just really bugs me, and it's driving me up the wall 'cause I'm never sure where I stand with her now. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Maybe she likes one of the other guys and don't want them to think there's something between you two.

The problem is here: "She's in fact my only friend".

Just remember that she does have other friends, her world doesn't revolve around you. She is probably the kind of person that needs to speak to different people all the time. Not everyone can hang out only with one person all the time. You should just give her space.

You're probably right you know. I will give her some room. Thank you.
