When you fall in love with someone who returns that love, do you feel high all the time?
Do you walk with a lighter step and sing silly songs to yourself? Is there a hole in your life when your new love is not around and is your life full and overflowing when they are?
is it normal for this feeling to last more than 2 years, and counting?
Yes me and my wife are still very much in love and we have been together for 8 years.
I feel that America's war on Vietnam was completely justified and the only thing that peeved me off was that they didn't burn enough children
Realizing you somehow posted to the wrong thread, I just have to ask; why exactly do you think the US took over the Vietnam war from the French, who were there from WWII until we took over?
Are you at all aware that the only thing it had to do with communism is that "Communist" China wanted the oil fields off the coast of Vietnam? When China found oil in Mongolia, we were out of there in less than 60 days!
Please don't let yourself be led by the ring in your nose by the propaganda. Use it for rooting for truffles, a much more lucrative activity.
Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Back the fudge up, I've done an in depth study on this subject and I know for a fact that there was a communist rebellion from the Vietnimh to overthrow the French, and the US funded the Vietnimh campaign, not the French one. And the American war on Vietnam was more to do with the cold war connotations surrounding the nuclear arms race with Russia coupled with the idea of domino theory that was popular in America at the time, which led them to believe that Vietnam was the Last stand for capitalism in Eastern Asia and that if they didn't stop it then all of Asia would fall to communism. Also the children carried weapons and bombs to attack American soldiers with so the napalm strikes may have been somehwat justified with a bit more careful precision. Suck on that!

Believe what you will, but as in the war in Iraq, it was all about the oil. Nobody gave a shit about some two bit country in SE Asia going commie, but OIL, now there's a good reason to send some 200,000 American young men to their deaths.
It had nothing to do with oil, it was an ideological battle fought by two overpowered children, who when they got bored with Vietnam left it scarred and destroyed. There was nothing to do with oil, Vietnam didn't start harvesting their oil reserves till 1977, two years after the war had ended. Also the fact that ultimately it was still a civil war between North and South Vietnam, between those who wanted to live under Communism and those who didn't
I get a weird feeling inside when you see a person likes you back, I grin all the time and I feel like jumping. Well this happened to me once, but it didn't last that long! Less than a month, then I just got used to it and thought I was lucky. But I guess it hasn't happened to me that many times :P
