I love Adam Lambert!!! And my friend never wants to listen to my iPod because my music is Adam Lambert. She also doesn't like him because he's gay... Should I be her friend?
Yeah, you should still be her friend. I will admit that I don't like Adam Lambert, and I wouldn't want someone to not be friends with me because of that. Now, if she just being a total bitch about it, that's a different story! Tell her "hey, shut up! I love him, deal with it!"
Normal that's called diversity. If I stopped being friend with people who don't like my music I would have no friends. Meh, more metal for me :)

Ok I'll admit that I don't like Adam Lambert but I don't like music they play on the radio anyways. I listen to metal. But just because someone is Gay doesn't mean you have to hate them. some of the worlds greatest musicians were Gay, Like Queen, Elton John, and many others. Also you wouldn't stop liking Van Diesel because he's gay? NO!!! There is nothing wrong with Gay people. My best friend is Gay and I still love her.

well, it just means that she isnt respecting your interests
you can still be friends with her but you have to let her know that there are boundaries in the friendship, and there are some things you cant talk about purely out of respect.
