Is it normal to be going out with an older girl?

I am 17 and dating a 22 extremely hott girl that I have known for almost 10 years. We just started dating again recently. (6 months)I hav'nt thought about any other girl except for her within those years. I love her very much and plan on moving in with her during college. IS THE AGE NORMAL?

Well honestly, I see it both ways, can be good can be bad it really depends on maturity levels.
Most woman at a young age that come from different backgrounds. If she is self confident and finds a younger man attractive and not basing age as the reason then I would say go for it. She has confidence in herself. A woman older who tend to be with younger men look for the sexual aspect sometimes due to there lonely sex life but again THIS IS NOT ALL WOMAN.
If she is in fact in love with you there is nothing wrong with it.
As for young men. A lot of times its difficult to know if there mature or not to take on a relationship and move in with them at such a young age. Most just want to be that "lucky bastard," that got to experience being with an older woman. Some say there "in love," but do not know what to do next once there with that new love in there life. Maturity NOT ALL young men, is a fifty fifty but then again someone who is sixty years old can be immature to. But based on a lot of my friends and there situations most are not ready for relationships they just want to be with a woman, have that experience. So with this long story, if you are ready to take on the joy of relationship, you go for it. Just remember there are ups and downs in a relationship and do not base it on age. Your not that far in age.
    Good luck there!

Yeah, I was the same way but it was vise versa my ex boyfriend was 5 years older then me, So if you love her dude then go for it... The only thing that would worry me is woman do tend to get board easy, we can like something one day and then hate it the next. Our brains are kind of wired that way, I don't know why but we just do. And you have to keep in mind when you are dating someone older that they do have responsibilites and hardships then what teens do, I am 17 aswell and my ex boyfriend started dating when I was 14 and him 18 almost 19.. He ended up going to the army and everything changed from there because our lives were so different. Sadly to say we aren't together anymore but we weren't really meant to be, but if you love her and she loves you then that's what over powers everything. No matter what age if she loves being with you and you make her happy then all will end well. Anyways I wish the both of you the best and I hope that this helped some :)

I think it's normal... But then again there is a double-standard there because if this were an underage girl going out with a 22 year old guy, I'm sure more people would be opposed to it XD
