Is it normal to be flabby during weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have changed my diet and started exercising. I hit the gym almost everyday or do some sort of exercise at home. I noticed before that my stomach was a bit thicker and tougher (by feeling with my hands, not by a visual size). But now I'm still the same size, just flabbier and more gelatinous. My body feels like jello (lol) and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to experience this during weight loss.

yes, it's normal to be flabby, which means that in addition to losing the weight, you have to exercise, exercise, exercise to tighten up the loose skin!

You must be patient, life is a journey, this is your journey and in life everyone experiences a journey which is similar to yours. you must not just exercise to lose weight but to get physically, mentally and spiritually fit.In order to lose weight you must work with your body and not force your body to change, such physical change takes time. losing weight is also a mental task, so your body and mind must work together. In other words if you are committed to exercising everyday then over time your body will change and you will be amazed at what you have achieved. but to maintain that change you must continue your journey.

If you're losing a lot of weight, it's probably loose skin which should start to go back to normal eventually, don't give up though!! You can always get anything excess surgically removed, but a bad habit is much harder to get rid of, let alone even start getting rid of it... so if you've made it this far, congratulations.
