Im a bit excited about the prospect of war with Iran or defending the Falklands, even though i know the reality of war is bad, is it normal to crave a battle?
Maybee you crave the adranaline rush of the fight or the
feeling of purpose, fighting for something. Maybe you should take up something like boxing or handgliding or riding rollercoasters? I feel the same way about a zombie apocalypse, because I want a break from the duller parts of life, I love change and finding ways to adapt to new situaltions. Try spicing your life up a bit, do something new and fun! :)
Oh boy, time to spend billions funding another stupid war and draining even more recources. I can hardly wait.

No it's not normal, I've been to war, I've been hit by ied's and have seen friends die. I wouldn't wish that on anyone and anyone who wishes for war has never seen it. We lose people everyday and your wishing for more? Something is seriously wrong there.

Most countries do...especially because of what the both of those countries are doing in the Middle East, messing with their internatl affairs and toppling governments when they are not pro-US/Israel, not to mention slowly stealing Palestinian land every year (Israel).
I have been to war (not a fun experience, but a major adreneline rush), and have volunteered to return as soon as my physical therapy is completed. I don't like the killing, I have seen things that leave a picture burned into the mind and I see them everytime I close my eyes, but at the same time now that I am back, I don't feel truely alive. They actually made a movie to this effect "The Hurt Locker". Now actually wanting a war like you are claiming is a little abnormal, I will get my adreneline rush from other sources like sky diving, or rock climbing.

That aside, strife and conflict is in human nature. We just took it far enough to make it extremely lethal and destructive.
So, in summary, yes, unfortunately it is normal.
From what I've read, only the Russians are concerned with Iran. Israel and the US aren't bothered. Although, I also read that the UN wants to step in and stop the killings in Sierria :/
We currently have a small portion of the Navy's 5th fleet in the Persian Gulf watching Iran just in case they decide to attack us or Israel. Russia also has sent warship's to the Persian Gulf but guess what they said if an attack happens that they will back up Iran. They said if a war breaks out that it would end up becoming WW3 because it will be Iran,Russia,China against USA,UK,Australia,Sadie Arabia,Britain,and Canada...
