Is it normal to be different

Is it normal to be completely different than the others. When I say different I mean, the way I look at the world.

Instead of other people I dress like a usual guy and I don't like spending lots of money on clothes and stuff. I don't like going to bars, clubs. I never drunk. I don't even know how alcohol tastes like and I am already 17, I hate it. I don't smoke and I never tried smoking. I prefer having a small group of friends 4 or 5 and hanging out with them in the restaurants. Some people find it actually funny that I am different, and that I don't act like most of the teenagers. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that because that is truly me. I hate being a false faggot like the others that pretends to be on the top and agrees with everything because it is "cool".

Is this normal ?

Think about that. Think about the words and what they mean...

It is like saying is it skinny to be fat.

Haha, I'm that way, too ;) But to answer your question, it can't be normal to be different.

Yeah that question is some kind of paradox, but it is normal to be different, when I was 17 I was exactly like you
