Is it normal to be dating a 15-year-old at age 24?
I've turned 24 last month. she's going to be 16 this year.
I've had two relationships before, both long-distance and they kind of just fizzled out.
I met her through my sister, who is doing community work helping disadvantaged children with studying and schoolwork. we mostly chat on a local online community site.
don't get this wrong, i didnt hit on her. she's the one who picked me and is flirting with me, hard. she keeps making me compliments and asks for my number and things like that and i just play along with it but i know where it'll end.
And yes, she is legal where i live, so that is not an issue (semi-legal till age 16 in that it will be persecuted if she changes her mind afterwards and files a complaint or if her parents don't approve, but like i said she will be 16 this year).
she's also a troubled person, she'd been in an orphanage for a time and i dont think she's especially mature for her age (her first conversation with me was about anime) but i can't really tell. she'd been the kind of girl i'd went for when i was about 14-17 but i'm not especially attracted to her now on a physical level as she's still more of a child physically than a woman. but of course, looks and sexual attraction are not everything. thats not to say she's ugly or anything, she'll propably be super sexy one day and its hard not to be attracted to a girl that shows you so much unrestricted affection.
