The way you describe it it sounds like you're not in a "real" relationship, but more confused of where it's all going. I'd say nowhere... It would be best to find someone your own age or wait until she becomes a legal adult before trying to have a "relationship". Another thing, since when is talking about anime a sign of "immaturity". I think you need to take a step back and realize this young girl's idea of 'affection' may not be exactly how you feel. ie Its unlikely she'll move out with you, or obviously go out to any night clubs with you (for at least another 2 years) So the 'affection' is just limited to online chatting, or possibly over the phone.

I've always been into older guys, I don't think it's too weird. Then again, my body looked more like a woman's than a child's early on. Most guys can't tell my age. I really don't think a normal relationship with a 15/16 year old is weird, but I'm biased.
