Are you just paranoid, or are you just stoned?

Being paranoid is normal, but being paranoid ALL the time is unhealthy.

Try meditating, exercising, or praying/talking to a higher power about your fears and problems. If there is one thing this entity called God has helped me with it is fear. Whatever you do, don't just sit around and let it happen. Fight back.

You're starting to realize the New World Order's plan to kill human beings, plunge them into brainwashed fear, and reduce the population from 6.6 billion down to below 500,000,000. Try ecstasy. They don't want us to raise the vibrational state of the world. Ecstasy reduces paranoia and kills far fewer people than alcohol(the overheating side effect of ecstasy kills them, not the drug itself.

I was exactly the same as you, in my teens, apart from the cutting... It seemed to subside the older i got. I'm now 27 and care free :) everybody is different, though. Maybe talk to a Dr or somebody who is going through the same sort of thing. Also, it's important not to single yourself out by thinking your the only one. Keep your chin up ;)
