Is it normal to be compared to an Amish?
And what does that mean?
I don't know if its cause I'm an introvert and I'm really picking with who I make friends with.
The person who said it said that I was pale and I needed to eat more ..
You should really ask that person what they meant, if you can. Are they saying you have a big beard? That you look good in a straw hat or bonnet? That you're distrustful of new technology? That you're good at farming and milking cows? That you never wear red, orange, or yellow? That you don't want to use musical instruments, so you sing and harmonize beautifully? That you have butter-churning hands? That you have a Pennsylvania Dutch accent? That you could catch a greased pig in under a minute?
I can't answer your question until I get answers to some of these.

She directed the comment more to my appearance. I do know I'm sort of plain, cause I like to wear more concealing clothe but I do own my fair share of shorts, graphic tees etc. (Idk if this helps but i quit make-up amd piercings) She commented more about me needing more color.
