I am from a cold climate but I moved to a very hot climate a few years ago. People here go around wearing coats and boots when it gets to 25°c in the "winter" and they find it totally bizarre that I am still wearing summer dresses beach shoes.

I think it all depends on what your body is used to.

Where do you live? If you’ve grown up in a hot climate, you’ll probably feel the cold more than people who’ve grown up in a colder climate. I’m English but I still get cold really easily and my shower is permanently on the hottest setting
