my wife just recently got a new job working the graveyard shift at a hotel and her boss is attracted to her and she feels the same about him. she say's it's more of a flirty thing and there are no real feelings there, just something to do to make the time go by. i'm a little worried that it's just the two of them there and if they're flirting all night long that it may lead to a quickie in the back room. should i give her the ok to sleep with him and maybe that will relieve some of the sexual tension that they have so she can just work cause we really need the money but i don't want to risk her leaving me over it which i don't think she will because we have five kids and he has none and i don't think any man would want that kind of baggage.

    Well first of all this is a normal reaction I think. Cheating is cheating and if she says it's more of a flirty thing then just take her word for it and that is all you can do. After all she did vow to you before marriage. And they're are obvious signs of cheating and you should know where to look for them. Also if she did have a quickie you would never know since a lot of women's affairs go undiscovered for years. Read an interesting article about that. I guess they are better at lying or something like that.

    Oh my god. Are you okay? Did I seriously just read that? How are you going to tell your wife, oh honey I gave it some thought, I think you should sleep with your boss. What the.... FYI if your wife sleeps with her boss she'll do it again and again. Slepping with him won't stop her craveings it will only further them more. You know what they say.... if you do it once you'll do it again.

    If you let her have sex with him, make sure you're there to watch so you're still part of the experience.
    Also would you be interested in having sex with another woman? Because this could open a door to that, ask your wife what she would think about you and another woman.

    Normal, yes. Healthy, no. At least not to give in to it. Your wife needs to look for another job and you shouldn't even have to tell her that. Baggage? You wouldn't be the first husband to have the baggage of the kids shoved off onto him. Some mothers are all too eager to escape that burden. You need to start separating your finances and look for who can help you with the kids if it's getting to this point.
